Just received the August newsletter from the Vintage Snowmobiles of the Inland Northwest
Club here at the web desk. President David Brummer has announced that at the summer meeting
during the Paul Bunyan Days show in St Maries, September 4th, there will be nominations and
elections for new officers for the club. David urges anyone interested in becoming
an officer in the club to step forward and put your name in the hat to be voted upon.

Seems our own Kenny Jacobsen was invited to a gathering with several members of the
Polaris team in Seeley Lake, Montana this past weekend. Kenny was asked to bring a
couple of his vintage Polaris race sleds to brighten up the place and get some photo opps
with several members of the team, starting with X Games Champion, Levi LaVallee

Levi LaVallee, Chris Burandt, Dan Adams and Keith Curtis surround
Kenny as #19 looks down on the team

How did that sled get up there you ask??

RMASA also made a showing at the local car show in Montpelier, Idaho
on the 17th of July ( That's a great date for a event!!) Check out these photos

A small but enthusiastic crowd was on hand for the 3rd Annual Open House at the
"NORTHWEST MUSEUM OF VINTAGE SNOWMOBILES"
this past weekend ( July 17th ) in Spokane, Washington.

Our favorite group of Canadian vintage sledheads made the long pull down
from as far away as Calgary and Edmonton. Polaris antique parts man, Art and Tim Seydel
were in attendance as was Boss Cat owner, Brad Warning. Several new members were also
in the crowd and displayed their sleds in the circle.

The Vintage Snowmobile Club of Utah had a showing at the
USU Aggie Alumni Scholarship Car Show in Ogden, Utah
over the weekend with 15 sleds being displayed.

Jeff Fuller and Curtis Tate each won awards in the "OTHER" category
Tex and Rex Whitaker, along with Paul Tate were also in the mix.
